We head north through the Ethonas valley, which is home to countless groves of the sweetest oranges on the island. As we make the steep hill to Arhangelos you can look back on the stunning views of the valley. The traditional village derives its name from the Archangel Michael and it sits 160 meters, above sea level. You will have an hour to explore, visiting the old church and a traditional house. .We will then move to see the “Rhodian ponies” an endangered species of beautiful miniature horses. Our next stop is a ceramic factory, where you will be shown how they are made and also have the opportunity to buy some beautiful gifts to take home. Next door, is “The Mule’s Brew, where we will taste different local craft beers, made on the premises, and also have our complimentary lunch(Drinks are not included in the price). Our last stop of the day will be at the quaint bay of Haraki, where you can dip in the calm waters or just a seat at one of the many seafront tavernas and cafes and soak in the natural beauty.
